  1. Has this ship any protecting shield for the return into the atmosphere. It doesn't seem like it?!?
    It isn't that difficult to send people up in space, but how do we bring them back???

  3. I think there is some sort of heat shielding but not to the extent like the space shuttle. It uses a feathered re-entry which is much less violent given that it's only a suborbital flight. The vehicle shape reminds me of that of the X-20 Dyna Soar...
